  2. Balmoral Coaching
    An Executive Coaching service that provides personal and C-suite focused coaching to enable the client to effect change and overcome obstacles in a faster and more laser-sharp targeted way.  This division complements Balmoral Change Consulting by delivering coaching to the CEO, MD and Directors, as an integral part of Change Solutions delivery.
  3. Balmoral Enterprise Change
    Balmoral Enterprise Change is the operating division where the framework for Enterprise Change – BalmoralEC(tm)- sits.  Encapsulated in the book “Managing Strategic Change Successfully using BalmoralEC” this framework will help the accredited SCM Practitioner, Coach or Consultant to deliver business value to client organisations of all sizes.
  4. Balmoral HR
    A full range of HR solutions allowing the customer, YOU, to focus on your core business operations, whilst we take care of your HR and compliance requirements.
