Direct outputs from this development workshop programme led to WDS looking to redesign the format of their Business Planning to include a new set of strategies, new communication formats, a revised structure for their Business Case and other incremental improvements, to ensure a more managed progression against their Business Plan, Vision and Values.
Learning & Skills Council (LSC)
PLGA led a series of development workshops for 32 senior managers and Directors in the LSC Head Office, examining organisational change and business integration issues.
